What to Do If Your Product Is Hidden

  1. Check the reason for the product being blocked. Instructions on how to do this are described above.
  2. Try to fix the issue based on the reason for blocking:
    • Upload the required documents for product sale.
    • Upload quality certificates.
    • Check the validity of all dates in permits and certificates.
    • Make sure the brand name is consistent — for example, the card Loreal may be blocked if the certificate lists L’Oréal.
    • Check and resolve other possible reasons for product blocking.
