What to Do If Your Product Is Hidden
- Check the reason for the product being blocked. Instructions on how to do this are described above.
- Try to fix the issue based on the reason for blocking:
- Upload the required documents for product sale.
- Upload quality certificates.
- Check the validity of all dates in permits and certificates.
- Make sure the brand name is consistent — for example, the card Loreal may be blocked if the certificate lists L’Oréal.
- Check and resolve other possible reasons for product blocking.
