Other Reasons for Product Blocking

  • Recent warehouse setup. If you have just created a warehouse, setup may take up to 2 business days.
  • Inventory errors. If stock levels were entered before the warehouse setup was completed, products may be marked as "Out of Stock." To fix this, reset the stock to zero and update the data again.
  • Service quality issues. If your service quality indicators exceed the allowed thresholds, all products may be blocked.
