Why We May Block an Account

An account may be blocked for the following reasons:

  • You have outstanding payments for Cadabrica services.
  • You do not respond to quality control requests and have not provided product documents.
  • You have repeatedly violated the platform rules or the terms of the agreement with Cadabrica:
    • For example, attempting to duplicate product listings or providing false information.
  • You attempted to sell prohibited goods or services.
  • You attempted to sell counterfeit or fake products.
  • You do not follow the rules of communication with buyers.
