Prohibited Items on the Cadabrica Marketplace

In accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the rules of the Cadabrica marketplace, the sale and listing of the items specified below is strictly prohibited. If such items appear in a seller's personal account, all related product listings will be blocked, and the account may be deactivated, resulting in the termination of the contract.

We also withhold a service fee titled “Violation Handling for Prohibited Item Listing” from the seller’s earnings.

Prohibited Product Categories​

Items Affecting Safety:​

  • Seatbelt adapters (buckles, strap adjusters, guides, etc.).
  • Frameless child car seats.

Alcoholic Products​

Weapons and Ammunition:​

  • Weapons (firearms, gas, signal, cold weapons, stun guns).
  • Ammunition, bullets, explosives.
  • Pneumatic weapons, crossbows, high-tension bows, airsoft guns with high muzzle energy.

Money and Valuables:​

  • Currency notes, foreign currency, traveler’s checks, securities, gold and silver bullion.
  • Precious and rare earth metals, gemstones.
  • Duplicate vehicle license plates.

Living Beings:​

  • Live animals and insects (except organic fishing bait).

Medical Products:​

  • Immunobiological products, biological materials, blood.
  • Infectious substances, injectable solutions.

Psychoactive Substances:​

  • Narcotics, psychotropic substances, cannabis seeds.
  • Products containing psychoactive or narcotic substances (e.g., ashwagandha, kava-kava).

Erotic Content:​

  • Pornographic materials, videos, images displaying visible sexual characteristics.

Weapons and Special Equipment:​

  • Telescopic batons, stun guns, non-lethal weapons.

Hazardous Products:​

  • Poisons, radioactive materials, Class IV and V fireworks.
  • Products made from toxic materials, poached goods.
  • Animal traps and snares (except humane ones).

Cultural and Historical Items:​

  • Museum artifacts and collections, objects of cultural heritage.
  • Human remains and ashes.

Other:​

  • Alcohol, tobacco products, disposable electronic cigarettes, hookahs.
  • Used items (except car parts and tires).
  • Products promoting drugs, violence, terrorism, Nazism, or extremism.
  • Funeral-related items (e.g., coffins, gravestones).
  • Items marked "Not for Sale."
  • Universal intercom keys.

Please note that selling items from these categories will result in product listing blockage, account deactivation, and contract termination.

If you become aware of a product that violates these rules, please report it to the marketplace administration immediately.
