Warehouse Sales Regulations
1. Product Preparation
The seller must ensure that all products offered for sale through the Cadabrica platform meet the descriptions on the website and are in proper condition. All products must be inspected for defects, damages, and discrepancies with the specifications.
If additional packaging is required to prevent damage during transportation, the seller must follow the guidelines in section 5.3 for selecting packaging.
2. Order Assembly
To facilitate the order assembly process, the seller must ensure that all items for one order are available in the warehouse.
If it becomes necessary to split an order into multiple shipments, the seller must:
- Split the items into several shipments if required by size or product characteristics.
- Ensure that each part of the shipment has a separate label with the required information.
- The seller must print and attach labels to all packages before handing over the goods for delivery.
3. Order Packaging
The seller is obligated to package the products in a manner that ensures their safety during transportation. This includes using sturdy packaging materials (stretch film, safe bags) and adhering to maximum packaging size limits.
- All fragile items must be marked with a "Fragile" sticker and must be properly protected in the packaging to prevent damage.
- For large-sized items (LST), the packaging must be appropriate, and each part of the product must be packaged separately in a box marked "Do not separate."
4. Document Preparation
4.1. How to Prepare Documents
The seller must log into their account, go to the page → Orders from my warehouses → Awaiting shipment, and verify that all orders have been assembled correctly.
For the shipment of goods, the seller must ensure the availability of all necessary documents, such as transport invoices and other shipping documents.
5. Packaging Requirements
5.1. General Requirements
The packaging must be durable and suitable for the type of product. The seller must ensure that the product will be protected from external influences during transportation and storage.
5.2. Requirements for LST Orders
All LST items must be packaged in a way that prevents damage and possible separation of product parts. This is especially important for products consisting of several parts.
5.3. How to Choose the Type of Packaging
For fragile items, it is recommended to use additional protective materials such as bubble wrap or foam.
For large or non-standard items, the packaging should be chosen according to the shape and size of the product to minimize the risk of damage.
6. Shipment Rules
The seller must deliver the goods to the designated drop-off point specified by Cadabrica and follow the internal rules for handing over goods, as outlined on the platform.
7. Return of Goods to the Seller
All returns, including damaged goods, must be processed according to Cadabrica's procedure. The seller is obligated to analyze the reasons for the return and resolve the issue within the specified time.

The seller agrees to consider buyer claims in the following cases:
- Discrepancy in quantity.
- Incorrect product sorting.
- Violation of packaging or product appearance.
- Defects.
- Non-compliance with the declared quality.
8.2. Deadlines for Filing and Reviewing Claims
The claim must be submitted by the buyer through the Cadabrica platform within three working days of receiving the product. The seller must provide an official response within five working days of receiving all necessary information.
8.3. Methods of Settlement
- Compensation in the form of a discount on the next order.
- Replacement of goods in case of confirmed incorrect sorting or defect.

The seller is responsible for timely and honest resolution of justified claims.
9. Large-Sized Goods (LST)

9.2. LST Returns
LST returns are processed according to the procedure described in the "Return of Goods to the Seller" section. LST returns are shipped back to the seller in the original packaging, if available.
10. Loss Compensation Procedure
Cadabrica sends the seller a report on compensation. Compensation for losses occurs according to the terms outlined in the Agreement.

To submit a request, the seller must provide the following materials:
- Number of the returned shipment and description of the situation.
- Photographs of the return from multiple angles.
