User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy on Cadabrica Platforms

This Policy is mandatory for all users of Cadabrica resources, including the website www.cadabrica.com, the mobile app, and the seller platform. We developed this Policy to comply with the law and to ensure a safe environment across our platforms.

What is User-Generated Content (UGC)​

User-generated content is any content posted by users (including Cadabrica sellers or customers) on Cadabrica platforms that is accessible to at least one other user.
This may include:

  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Images
  • Product descriptions
  • Logos
  • Fonts
  • And other elements

Cadabrica sellers upload content related to the products they sell via the platform and bear full responsibility for it.

The following content is strictly prohibited:​

  • Inappropriate content: Pornography, explicit depictions of genitals or sexual acts, materials violating moral standards or legal regulations.
  • Offensive content: Profanity, racist or discriminatory remarks, incitement to ethnic, religious, or political hatred.
  • Fraudulent websites and spam: Content containing links to viruses, phishing sites, or scam schemes.
  • Promotion of violence and terrorism: Support for terrorist acts, calls for violence.
  • Harassment and intimidation: Content aimed at threats or stalking.
  • Piracy: Distribution of hacking tools, emulators.
  • Copyright infringement: Posting content without permission from the copyright holder.
  • Illegal information: Blackmail, begging, or anything that violates the law.
  • Advertising of prohibited items: Weapons, drugs, tobacco, alcohol, or any banned substances.
  • Personal data: Publishing personal information of others without their consent.

Responsibility for Content​

Users are responsible for the content they post.
Cadabrica conducts regular moderation and reserves the right to block or remove inappropriate content without prior notice.
We may also block the account of a user who posted prohibited content.
