How the Transaction Works

Transaction process:​

  1. Product selection – the buyer selects a product and sees its location.
  2. Payment and fund hold – the platform holds the buyer’s payment until the goods are handed over to the logistics company.
  3. Seller and logistics notification – the order is sent to the seller’s and logistics company’s dashboards.
  4. Product handover – the supplier transfers the goods to the logistics company within the specified timeframe.
  5. Delivery – the logistics company delivers the goods to the buyer.
  6. Release of funds – after successful delivery, the seller and logistics company receive payment minus the Cadabrica commission.
